As questions and concerns arise about COVID-19 (referred to as the Coronavirus), we have taken several precautionary measures to provide our clients and staff with the highest level of protection.

If you have symptoms
Masking continues to be recommended in settings where individuals are at high risk for severe outcomes and is required in long-term care homes and retirement homes.
When masking is not required, wearing a mask is a personal choice. You are encouraged to wear a tight-fitting, well-constructed mask if you feel it is the right choice.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay home and self-isolate until all of the following apply:
* Your symptoms have been improving for at least 24 hours;
* you do not have a fever; and,
* you have not developed additional symptoms.
MyDrivr employees and partners do not report for work if they have any of these symptoms under any circumstances.

After each ride, we clean all vehicle interior surfaces with Lysol-type or bleach-based disinfectant wipes, and all company working areas are disinfected daily.
We have eliminated all physical material sharing between passengers and drivers as much as possible.
Proper routine vehicle cleaning and hygiene can help prevent disease spread.
